What to Expect
First of all, you can expect to be completely saturated with good, practical knowledge. What you learn in training will assist you in your daily responsibilities as well as your general knowledge of banking - how it works from the inside to a better understanding of what happens from a customer's perspective.

This is quite simple. Be sure to bring the following to training:

• Pen
• Paper
• Your interest in learning

Dress Requirements
Monday - Thursday, dress will be professional.  Dress for Friday will be business casual. If you have any questions regarding the appropriateness of dress, feel free to call Human Resources at 407.774.0410.
