Multi-Factor Authentication (Secure Signon)
All of First National's securely encrypted internet banking services utilize technology called Secure Signon to protect your identity, whether accessing internet banking from home, at the office, or on the go. It identifies you as the true “owner” of your internet banking setup by recognizing not only your password, but your computer as well. If your computer isn't recognized by our Secure Signon system (for example, if you’ve logged in from a public computer or one you haven’t used before), we’ll ask you to provide information that only you will know as a strong defense against unauthorized access.

Account Information & Balance Reporting
View balances, transaction history, and other account-related information. Balance reporting includes a convenient balance report of all accounts as well as transaction search capabilities. Account names can be customized and transaction history can be downloaded in various file formats.

Check Images
State-of-the-art image technology has revolutionized the way our personal and business customers perform transaction queries and conduct account research.  Check Imaging technology allows us to capture, archive and deliver electronic images of checks and deliver them through internet banking, ensuring unparalleled service and convenience.

Account-to-Account Transfers
Manage your organization's finances more efficiently with the ability to easily transfer funds in real time from one First National Bank of Central Florida account to another. Save transfer profiles for ease with recurring transfers. External Transfers (to and from another institution) are available in our Consumer Internet Banking package.

Bill Payment
Pay your bills electronically with First National's Bill Payment service. Whether you want to set up convenient recurring bill payments (available in Small Business Internet Banking only), or pay bills one at a time - without the cost of postage, First National's Bill Pay service is fast, free and convenient.  Payments can be scheduled to pay any individual, company, or other recipient in the United States.

Loan Reporting & Processing
You can make payments online, as well as access current information on loans and lines of credit, including balance, amount due, payoff and interest rate.  In Small Business Internet Banking, you can also initiate loan advances online.

Stop Payments
Real-time stop payments are available for single check numbers.  Stop payment requests are valid for six months.

Secure Email
Communicate securely with First National Bank of Central Florida's internet banking-based email channel.  From time to time, First National will broadcast important internet banking related notices through this channel, in an effort to keep you informed of new enhancements and features related to internet banking.

File Export to Accounting Software
With our internet banking services, you can export transaction information into your Personal Financial Management software, including Microsoft Money™, Quicken™ (QIF file format), Comma-Separated Variables (CSV file format), and others.  A Quickbooks™ interface is available in Business Internet Banking.

Internet Banking and Account-Related Alerts
Internet Banking Alerts enable you to receive alerts via your personal email or secure internet banking-based mail when a pre-determined event occurs in your accounts.  This helpful system can be used to notify you when a check posts, a transfer is completed, an ACH or Wire Transfer is waiting for approval, and many more.

QuickBooks® (Business Internet Banking Only)
Reconcile your business accounts quickly and easily.  Business Internet Banking offers seamless connectivity with QuickBooks® WebConnect.

ACH Payments (Business Internet Banking Only)
ACH Payments are an effective alternative to paper-based payments.  With ACH Payments, you will be able to move money electronically from your business account at First National Bank of Central Florida to accounts at other financial institutions, eliminating the delay inherent in paper-check processing and mail delivery.  ACH Payments are an ideal solution for companies interested in processing their own payroll.

ACH Collection (Business Internet Banking Only)
ACH Collection is ideal for recurring transactions such as insurance premiums, membership fees, property dues, and donations. Your customer simply authorizes a debit from their account and you initiate an electronic funds transfer to your account at First National Bank of Central Florida. ACH Collections help to reduce delinquent payments, eliminate bill preparation and postage expense, and improve your company's cash flow.

ACH File Upload (Business Internet Banking Only)
ACH Payments and Collections can also be facilitated via our ACH File Upload service. This is a fast and easy way to transmit your ACH credit and debit files directly to your target accounts anywhere in the U.S.  With ACH File Upload, you use your own accounting package to create the ACH-formatted credit/debit file, then transmit the file to us using Business Internet Banking.

Multi-User Environment (Business Internet Banking Only)
Internet Banking provides the features you want and the control you need to enable multiple users access to your business accounts. Grant access to multiple users while controlling which accounts they can view and which functions are accessible. Also, with the optional dual authorization feature, the approval of multiple users can be required to complete a function or process a transaction.
